RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASSES

Take the time to decompress from a long week with this restorative class. You'll start with a more active pose in order to shift the body and nervous system. You'll need a block, bolster and it's nice to have a blanket or two. Indulge and decompress your stress.

Props: 2 Blankets & 1 Bolster
Knowing that there's no where to get to, give yourself permission to support and care for yourself in this restful 10 minute class. It's perfect just before bed to help ease your body into your parasympathetic nervous system.

Props: 1 Block, 1 Bolster, 1 Blanket, 1 Wall
You'll start this class with some MFR in the area of the back of the head and the neck. Then lead into a restful class with the ultimate goal of easing the mind. Great when you need a gentle pause or reset from any commotion that life may bring.

Props: 1 Block, 1 Bolster, 1 Blanket, 1 Strap or belt.
This 20-minute restorative class is great to do right before bed. In fact, we encourage you to slip right into bed after. Enjoy some side lying poses and get the legs above the heart to flip to your parasympathetic nervous system.

The perfect class after a long day or long week. You'll start in a more active shape to let all the things go. Encouraging the thoughts to drip out before you move into restful supported poses. Take the time to slow down and indulge.

This restorative practice invites you to tap into the natural resilience of our bodies. Great when you've had a long week and need to de-load or decompress.

Props: 2 bolsters, 2 blankets, 1 block
Reset and restore while gently touching into your hips. This gentle practice touches into the largest joint in our bodies and you'll leave feeling relaxed through the frontal hip bones and pelvis.

Props: 1 or 2 Blankets or large bath towels
Having trouble with your digestive tract? This restorative practice moves through postures that help aide in digestion. You'll start by settling the nervous system and move through varying shapes that gently massage the abdomen, side body and internal organs.

Props: 1 Bolster, 2 blankets or bath towels, 1 chair or couch
This practice is wonderful when your legs need deep rest too. Maybe you had a hard leg days did a bunch of squats or had a great hike. This one will give your legs all the support with lots of props. Even with the focus on supporting the legs, this restorative class will help bring the body back to homeostasis.

Ease slowly and gently into your day with this waken and restore class. The class will be a combination of gentle and restorative yoga giving you the chance to start anew.

Props: 1 bolster and 1 optional blanket
Clear out anything that isn’t serving you with this sweetly gentle restorative practice. You’ll easefully move through supported savasana and a couple twists to stimulate the internal organs. This supportive practice is great to boost immunity.

Props: 1 Block, 1 Bolster, 1 Blanket. Option to use large bath towels in replacement of a bolster.
This restorative class is great when you need to start with a more "yang" or active shape to let the body and mind settle in. As you move deeper into the practice you'll find supported shapes to touch the front, back and sides of the body.

A great practice to prepare you body for deep rest. Each shape is supported with the bolster and blanket allowing your body to shift gears from a long day or week.

Need to reset your nervous system from a busy day or week? This class is perfect to help you press the reset button. You’ll be supported by blankets and bolsters as you start in a supported open legged fold. Diving deeper you’ll move into supported twists and close with a sweet savasana.

Props: 1 Bolster, 1 Blanket
You'll start by grounding in a supported child's pose and move through a series of a supported backbends. This class will gently open the front of the body through this sequence. You'll end in a sweet supported savasana with the legs above the heart.

This short and sweet restorative practice is nice when you just need a gentle pause. Take a few minutes to slow down and down regulate your nervous system, drifting away from the external world. Giving yourself the compassion to know it's ok to just press pause whenever you need.
