Daniel head & the yoga room - redlands, ca

The Yoga Room, located in Redlands, CA, was the birthplace for Lorraine’s yoga practice. After moving back home 1 year after finishing her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, she was invited by a high school friend to take a yoga class. Just like many on this journey, after the first heated power vinyasa class, lorraine was hooked. The physical practice had her feeling invigorated, strong and energized. Her practice would continue at the beloved yoga room and the space would evolve to become an integral part of who she is as a teacher. When The Yoga Room offered a one weekend per month 200-hour teacher training, she knew she had to do it. travis eliot

Fate would have it that Lorraine would have the opportunity to have Travis Eliot enter her yoga journey as a teacher and a big influence to how she teaches. The Yoga Room’s 200-hour yoga teacher training that she participated in was a co-led training that integrated Travis’ Holistic Yoga Flow teachings with Daniel Head’s amazing instruction. Travis and his wife Lauren Eckstrom continue to be a profound part of lorraine’s personal practice as she’s traveled to retreat with them and also utilizes their online streaming service inner dimension tv.
