5 DAY MINI RETREAT
DAY 1
Start with a quick 20 minute yin to slow down. The goal is to use healthy stress in the yin postures while beginning this mini retreat with an introspective practice. Click the image to play!
DAY 2
This power practice plays with the pace of the class integrating long holds to touch into the upper body. This style will allows you to become a humble observant of your practice as you challenge the strength and flexibility of your arms and shoulders all while opening the chest and heart. DAY 3
This restorative class is great when you need to start with a more "yang" or active shape to let the body and mind settle in. As you move deeper into the practice you'll find supported shapes to touch the front, back and sides of the body. Props: 1 Block, 1 Bolster, 1 Blanket. DAY 4
AUDIO ONLY CLASS** This power yoga class is all about transitions! Just like in life, in yoga, taking time to slow down and pay attention to the transitions is very powerful. With this being an audio only class, it will command you to pay close attention to the cues and use the breath to help you move smoothly. Click the image to play!
DAY 5
To close our 5 day mini retreat, this short and sweet restorative practice is a nice, gentle pause allowing you to regulate your nervous system, drifting away from the external world. Giving yourself the compassion to know it's ok to just press pause whenever you need. Click the image to play!
